(Before E. 11. Carew, Esq.. Warden.) Wednesday, 3rd Dzceiibke. Application for agricultural leases. — > Duncan Campbell applied for a lease of a block (in application unnumbered) in Waij^ahuna West. Owing to an objection from Thomas Jamieson and others, this application was adjourned for inquiry. — Francis Fear applied for section 25, block IV., Tuapeia East. Granted. Certificate to issue on payment of first half-year's rent, David Keece and John MT.ityre applied for a water race. No appearance. Adjourned to next Court day. David Beece and John M'lntyre's application for a dam was similarly dealt with. There were no other cases, and the Court then adjourned.
