(Before His Honor Judge Grey.) Tuesday, 12th August. IN BANKRUPTCY. Be Edward Vernon.— The Trustee (Mr. E. Herbert) asked for an adjournment to enable him to investigate the affairs of the bankrupt, which was opposed by Mr. Gooday, on account of the distance the bankrupt had to travel for the purpose of attending the Court. His Honor observed that parties who are indelicate commercial health should give every facility to creditors, and adjourned the final examination to next sitting of the Court. Re George Tansley. — Examined by Mr. M'Coy, for Mr. James Harris, a creditor. Bankrupt stated that during the five months previous to filing his schedule, he and another earned £32 7s.
