WAITAHUNA DISTRICT PLOUGHING MATCH.

A public meeting was held at Coghill's Hotel, Havelock, on Wednesday, June the 18th, for the purpose of taking into consideration the desirability of holding a ploughing match at an early date in the Waitahuna district. The following gentlemen were then elected a Committee for the purpose :—: — Messrs. Ford, Craig, W. Auld, M'Taggart, A. M'Cprkindale, Coghill, and Moggath. A vote of thanks to the Chairman brought the proceedings to a close. The Committee met at the close of the meeting. Members present : Messrs.
