To VINCENT PYKE, Esq., TvEAR SIR,— We, the undersigned Electors, request you to allow yourself to be placed in Nomination as a Candidate for the Representation of Tuapeka in the Provincial Council at the forthcoming election. Your long experience in the Victorian Legislature, your intimate connection with goldfields and with goldfields legislation, your liberal views on the land question, and the opinions expressed by you regarding the present crisis render you, in our opinion, well fitted to represent us.
