(Before Vincent Pyke, Esq., R.M.) Monday, February 24. Denis Casey, for .being drunk and disorderly, was fined 10s. Mark 8011, for hawking without a license, was fined 10s. KeUo and Telford v. Pine. — Claim of £26 11s. £13 ss. was paid into court, and judgment was given for £6 15a. in addition to that amount, with costs 20s. Harris v. Fynmore. — Claim of £14 12s. Defendant did not appear, and judgment was given for amount claimed, with costs 20s. Friday, February 21. (Before J. F. Herbert, Esq., J.P., and Dr. Stewart, J.P.) Daves v.
