Bad Legs, Bad Breasts, Wounds and TJlcerations of all hinds. There is no medicinal preparation which may be so thoroughly relied upon in the treatment of the above ailments as Holloway's Ointment. Nothing can be more simple and safe than the manner in which it is applied, nothing more salutary than its action on the body, both locally and constitutionally. The Ointment rubbed along the part affected enters the pores as salt permeates meat. It quickly penetrates to the source of the evil, and drives it from the system. Bronchitis, Dipiieria, Golds, Coughs, Sore Throats, and Shortness of Breath. Relaxed and congested throats, elongated uvula, ulcerated or turged tonsils, whooping cough, croup, asthma, wheezing from accumulated mucous, and other difficulties of respiration, also palpitation, stitches and shortness breath, may, with certainty, be cured by rubbing this healing Ointment over over the chest and back for at least half an hour twice a day, assisted by appropriate doses of Holloway's Pills. For Glandular Swellings, Stiff Joints, and Diseases of the Shin. There is no preparation for salutary effects comparable to this remedy. It should be well rubbed over the affected parts after their due fomentation with warm water. It acts by stimulating the absorbents to increased activity, by preventing congestion and promoting a free and copious circulation in the parts affected, thence speedily and effectively it ensures a cure. Gout and Rheumatism. This invaluable unguent has greater power over gout and rheumatism than any other preparation. None need remain in pain if its removal be set about it in good earnest, by using this infallible remedy according to the printed instructions affixed to each pot. All settled aches and pains are remediable in the same manner. Piles, Fistulas, and Excoriations. The cure which this Ointment effects in healing piles and fistulas of long standing, after they have resisted all other applications, have been so countless and so notorious throughout the world that any effort to give an adequately detailed statement of their number or character would be vain. It is sufficient to know that the Ointment has never proved inefficacious. In Disorders of the Kidneys, Stone and Gravel. The Ointment is a sovereign remedy if it be well rubbed twice a day in to the small of the back, over the region of the kidneys, into which it will gradually penetrate, and in almost every case give immediate relief. Whenever this ointment has been once used it has established its own worth, and has again been eagerly sought for as the easiest and safest remedy in all disorders of the kidneys. Both the Ointment and Pills shoula be used in the following complaints : — Bad Legs Fistulas Scalds Bad Breasts Gout Sore Throats Burns Glandular Skin Diseases Bunions Swellings Scurvy Chilblains Lumbago Sore Heads Chapped hands Piles Tumours Corns (soft) Rheumatism Ulcers Contracted and Sore Nipples Wounds Stiff Joints The Pills and Ointment are sold at Professor Holloway's Establishment, 533, Oxford-street, London; also by nearly every respectable vendor of medicine throughout the civilised world, in Boxes and Pots, at Is. If d., 2s. 9d., 4s. 6d., lls., 225., and 335. each. The 2s. 9d. size contains three, the 4s. 6d. size six, the lls. size sixteen, the 225. size thirty-three, and the 335. size fiftytwo times the quantity of a Is. l£d. Box or Pot. The smallest Box of Pills contains four dozen, and the smallest Pot of Ointment one ounce. Full printed directions are affixed to each Box and Pot, and ban be had in any language, even in Turkish, Arabic, Armenian, Persian, or Chinese. HoUotvay's Pills, a Safe and Effectual cure for Dropsy. — This insidious disease arises from various causes, and frequently from some obstruction to the free circulation of the blood, generally exhibiting itself by a swelling of the feet and ankles, ascending gradually until ib affects the whole of the body. Those who are thus afflicted should immediately take Holloway's Pills. This invaluable medicine purifies the blood and invigorates the system, so that many of the worst cases of dropsy have been cured by their means Females at the turn of life should have recourse to these excellent Pills, being the safest and most effective remedy ever used.
