WARDEN'S COURT, ROXBURGH.
(lief ore "Mr. Warden Gorton ) Wednesday, June sth. Chow King was charged by Ah Shun with jumping his claim, on the Pomahaka. A number of English and Chinese witnesses were examined, and judgment was given for plaintiff, with costs. Mr. Seville appeared for plaintiff.
