BLUE SPUR ANNUAL SPORTS.
The Blue Spur Annual Sports came off with their usual sucoess on New Year's Day. The weather was glorious, and despite the attractions offered by the Beaumont and Waitahuna there was a good sprinkling of visitors from Lawrence. A large number of Indies visited the scene of the sports, clad in the marvellous vesture the female heart rejoiceth in, and the rifiing generation of the Blue Spur was conspicuously present.
