(Before-W. L. Simpson, Esq., R.M.) Thursday, 23rd Nov. Harris v. Francis. — Claim, £2 14s. 6d. Same v. D. Cairns. — Claim, £15, being amount of dishonored acceptance. No appearance of defendant. Verdict in both cases for plaintiff ; failing payment, distress ; failing distress, one months imprisonment,^ Tong On v. Sun Clieio Sing. — Claim, £1 15s. 6d. , for goods sold aid delivered. Verdict for amount, with costs. Cooper v. Hanson. — At the request of Mr. Copland, this caso was adjourned for a fortnight. Tuesday, 27th Nov. (Before the same Magistrate.) Ah Chun v. Fitzgerald.-- Claim, Bs., being breakage of glass. Verdict for Value of ylass, -with cost of summons.
