W. G. Forbes, ledgei keeper Bank of Xew Zealand, proved tha presentation- of" the cheque at the Bank, and that there were no funds. J. Gaiter was again called, and gave the game evidence as in the last ease.

The accused was committed t<> take his trial in JHinedin, thus being- committed on three separate and distinct charges.
