London, July 18th. The advance iv wool has been maintained, and has increased in proportion to an average advance of 10 per cent., and in some instances greater. Kauri gum is in good demand. Flax commands little attention ; a few lots have been sold. Preserved meat sales amounted to 826 packages. New Zealand lots sold as follows : — Beef, 6d • boikd mutton, 4M to 6-i-d ; ox , tail soup, 9f d ;-suioked sheep tongues, 9d. New York. Kerosene is dull at 32 cents. There is activity iv woll. Full rates are obtained for New Zealand at 48| to 56 cents. Flax is dull. No sales are recorded. Gum is dull. San Francisco. Flax has been sold readily at 22c to 2-lc. Wheat is firm at 1 dol. 65c. Wool is firm. Spring fine, is at 34c. to 40i\ ; burry, 28c. to 33c. ; pulled, 28c. to 50c. Hides are steady. Dry are at 22c. to 23c, salted at lie. to llic. Boston.
