WATER SUPPLY FOR THE BLUE SPUR.
(To tha Editor.)
Sir, — I asked space for a few lines in your columns in refeience to a letter signed " W. D. Morrison," on the Water Question at the Spur. I still hold the same opinion, that amalgamating the Water U aces would not only benefit the Spur, but put an end to all litigation as far a3 the water ri.>hta are concerned. In my letter 1 made reference to the map of the Spur, in order to show how Mr. Morrison and others were situated. That portion of my lefc.er I vUh t<) rt-iract, as Cl \ • iv -n ' h w]; i- 1 i i "rivors.jfl'tn \,v\i Jii.i'. JiLuFll Oil iG'diwlVV i / 'Jib .lidtfcdf. if Mr. Morrison would be kind enough to explain himself through your columns in the same manner as deserve,! to me, all narrow-mindedness would be dispensed with, and the scheme propoundel by Mr. W. 1). Morrison would be accepted, and prove a benefit. — I am, &c.
