The armistice for Paris pfipnlates that all the armj- prisoners surrender, excepting the National Guard, one division of which is required to keep order. Paris to pay a war levy of two million francs. The Germans are forbidden to enter Paris during the armistice. The Enciente is disarmed. The armies in the field retain possession of the country occupied. The armistice is since prolonged. All the forts have surrendered. The Germans supplied Paris with three millions of rations, which prevents starvation. Gen. Ducrot has poisoned himself. Bonrbacki attempted suicide, and is not expected to recover. His army was driven into Switzerland and surrendered there. The conditions of peace comprise payment of fonr hundred million pounds (]) and secession of Alsace, Lorraine, Metz, Jlelfort and Poudidieriy.
