Blue Spur, Tuapeka and Evans Flats, that having made arrangements with Greville and G'o.'s Nexo Zealand Telenraphic Agency for a lengthened summary of European news by the Suez and San Francisco mails, they purpose issuing extras on the arrival of each of those mails, which will be delivered to the subscribers in each of the above-named places ; but in order to do this they will be obliged to make a charge of threepence for each extra, and sixpence to non-subscribers. This system of charging, it is scarcely necessary to state, is adopted by all the JSFew Zealand journals, in order to meet, the heavy expenses connected with telegraphic summaries.
