I HEREBY GIVE ISTOTTCE that by virtue of a Distress Warrant, issued by the hand of W. Lawrence Simpson, Esq., R:M., I shall sell by Public Auction, at the hour of 12 o'clock noon, on Tuesday, the 21st day of February, 1871, on the ground, near Tuapeka Month, The Right, Title, and Interest (if any) of the above-natr.ed defendants, in a lease of the undermentioned property (subject to a rental of £3 per month, with power to buy at any time up to the 14th of May, 1871, for Ll6O, at which date said lease shall determine) unless the plaintiff's claim and costs be sooner paid, viz. :— An Extended Claim of three acres, a Dam across Tuapeka River, Mining Tools, Water Wheels, Sluice Boxes, iron and other Pumps, and all plant connected with the above property.
