No weight under 93t. Post entry. SWITZERS JOCKEY CLUB HANDICAP. — A S.veepstakes of 3 soys. each, with 50 soys. added ; second horse to save his stake. Nominations, etc., etc., enclosing £2 2s, will be received by the Secretary up to 27th February, 1871. Weights will be declared at 10 p.m. on night of first day's racing. Acceptances, enclosing £2 2s and swe^p (3 soys.) to be received by the Secretary noL later than 10 a.m. on morning of the race. Distance, H mile. HUPvDLE STEEPLECHASE.— Sweepstakes of 1 soy. each, with 30 soys. added, for all horses, over 12 flight of hurdles, 3ft. 6in. high. Weight for jige. Distance, 3 miles. Entrance, £2 2s. CONSOLATION STAKES, of 20 soys., for all horses beaten during the meeting. Weight for age. Distance, 1| mile. Post entry. RULES AND REGULATIONS. Mares and geldings allowed 31bs. The Otacro Jockey Club Rules will be strictly enforced. No entries will be received for any of the above races, except upon these conditions : — That all disputes, claims, and objections, arising out of the racing, shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the programme shall be final. All entries and nominations to be addressed to the Secretary, Crown Hotel, Switzers. Entrance money enclosed, together with name, age, and pedigree (if any), name of owner, and colours of rider, on night of general entry. No nominations, acceptances, or entrances will on any pretence be received after the hours and dates specified. No person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse for any race in the pro- , gramme, post entry races ex cepted, unless the latter be qualified as the bonci fide property of a subscriber of not less than 3 guineas to the Race Fund. Any jockey riding except in the colours entered, will be fined £2. i All protests must be made in writing, addressed to the Stewards, within half au hour after the finish of the race, and must contain one guinea, which will be retained shonld the complaint prove groundless or frivolous.
