Police v. A. Hinda —Hinds was charged with having, on the evening of Monday last, broken She windows of a House occupied by .Mrs. Ponton, Chinese Camp, and causing damage to the amount of £2. The evidence against Hinds was conclusive. He was fined 20s. and costs of Court, or 48 hours imprisonment, and pay the sum of £2 for the damage done. He has gone to gaol.
