Tolcher v. M. Joyce. — Claim, 355. Settled out of Court. J. Walker, Waitahuna, through Mr. G-ooday, made application to the Bench for permission to have dancing in his licensed hotel two nights in the week. Adjourned to receive report of resident constable.
