DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP. NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership between the undersigned Alexander Jerusalem Smyth, John Howat, John Francis Herbert, Edward Herbert, and Archibald M'Kinlay, in the trade or business of Saw Mill Proprietors, Tallow Manufacturers, and Fellmongers, and all othjr trades and businesses in which they may be concerned as copartners at Tapanui, in the Province of Otago, and elsewhere, under the firm of Herbert, Smyth, and Co., was this day dissolved by mutual consent, so far as concerns the said Alexander Jerusalem Smyth ; and in future the business will be carried on by the said John Howat, John Francis Herbert, Edward Herbert, and Archibald M'Kinlay, under the name or style of Herbert, Howat, and Co., and who will pay and receive all debts owing from or to the said partnership, in the regular course of trade. I HEREBY Give Notice that I have this day applied to the Warden for a lease of land for agricultural purposes, situate at and being section 32, block 11., Tuapeka East, comprising 13 acres, or thereabout ; and that the said application will be heard at the Warden's Office, Lawrence, on Wednesday, 21st September.
