RES IDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT, LAWRENCE.
(Before W. L. Simpson, Esq., R. M., and H. Bastings, Esq., J.P. Thursday, April 11. Buchan v. Smith.— Claim of £16 10s, for cattle trespass. Adjotirned till Monday, 25th inst. Monday, Apuil 25. (Before the same Magistrates.) Buchan v. Smith. — The trespass being proved, judgment was given for plaintiff, £5 and costs. Taylor v. Executors of Griffin. — Claim of £7 3s. 6d., for services rendered. Verdict for amount claimed, with costs. On Tie v. Chun Kye.— Claim of £2 18s. Sam Yak v. Chun Kye. — Claim of £1 4s. M'Kee v. Hay.— Claim of £3 12s. Bd. Chue Gee v. Ah Sue. — Claim of £1 16s 2d. The above cases were all settled out of Court.
