Nott, Williams, and Co. to sell by public auction, atßeighton's Assembly Rooms, Teviot, on Monday, 7th February, 1870, at 2 o'clock sharp, The following Mining Property, situated at Potters, 2 WATER RACES, registered for 8 heads of water ; Tail Race and Claims of 9 acres. The whole will be offered in one lot ; if not sold it will be submitted in 8 shares. The reason for the disposal of this property is that the party cannot agree, and prefer this course to going into the Warden's Court for a dissolution of partnership. The Auctioneer having visited the ground states that the Tail Race is completed through solid rock, and is a fine piece of work.
