MATTHEW HAY has received instructions from John Bathgate, Esq., Provisional Trustee in the matter of Allan Macintosh and the Bankruptcy Act, 186T and 1868, by Order of Court, to sell by public auction, this day (Saturday), at 2 o'clock p.m., f> HEAD OF CATTLE. (^-acre), on which is erected a large Dwelling House and Store. Also, four Sections (or 1 acre), securely fenced, and laid down in oats, clover, and grass. Also, on opposite Bide of road, ONE ACRE in potatoes. Also, 1 Black Horse, 4 years old, thoroughly staunch in harness.
