T HEREBY Give Notice that I will, in pursuance of an order and appointment of this Honourable Court, dated the 27th day of September, 1869, sell at Glenore, on the 4th day of November next, the co-partnership property of the said complainants and defendant in and to the following mining interests : — 1. All that claimpield under certificate No. 3811, dated' 24th day of April, 1869, and therein described as situated near Manuka Creek, on the hill behind Gardner'3 house — containing 4 acres of auriferou§ land. 3. All that claim held'£under certificate No. 3825, dated 9th day of May, 1869, and therein described as situated adjoining the upper end of claim No. 3811, at the back of Gardner's, at Manuka Creek — containing 2 acres of auriferous land. 3. All that tail-race held under certificate No. 3585, dated 19th July, 1869, and therein described as 408 yards in length, I and commencing at claim No. i 3811, situated at the back of Gardner's house, Manuka Creek, and terminating at Coombe's Gully.
