WARDEN'S COURT.
(Before W. L. Simpson, Esq., Warden.) Mackay v. M'Combe.— M'Combe was charged with depasturing 50 hsad of sheep without having a license to do so. The assessment having been paid in the meantime, the case was withdrawn upon payment of costs. Coouib v. Syme. — Cooinbe applied for a dissolution of mining partnership against Syme, Woolshed, who had left for Victoria. Granted. Morris v. Johns and Party. — Adjourned case. — The evidence wanting at former hearing having been heard, Johns and party were ordered to erect the fluming of plaintiff's race and to keep tha same in repair, and to pay costs of Court.
