Will again those words be spoken By the lips we love so well ? Will the chain be ever broken ? Is^life's password— Fare thee well ? 11. Onward still doth f»te cry ever, Ever onward, ne'er at rest — From affection wust we sever, Leaving love and friendship's breast ? To the home that lies before vs — This is ever nature's law. Heaven alone will there restore us Those we love— to part no more.
