DUNEDIN PRODUCE REPORT.
John Brook, Manse-street, reports - Wheat and flour remain without change in value or demand. The quantity of oats coming forward is sufficient to meet the demand, and price remains firm. Rye-grass seed is offering more freely. Potatoes are sold with difficulty at quotation. The prices current are :—: — Flour.— £l2 to £12 10s per ton, Oatmeal.— £l7 to £17 10s per ton. Pearl Barley. — £26 per ton. Wheat. — 4s 10£ d per bushel. Oats. — 3s 2il per bushel. Barley. — 5s 6d per bushel. Maize. — ss. per bushel. Bran. — £4 per ton. Pollard.— £4 10 per ton. Hay. — £5 10s per ton. Chaff.— £4 10s per ton. ' Straw.— £2 to £2 10s per ton. Potatoes. — £3 per ton. Onions. — (none.) Carrots. — £3 per ton. Turnips.— £3 10s per ton-Rye-grasß Seed.— ss 6d per bushel. Butter. — Is 3d per lb. Bacon. — 8d per lb. Bags. — 14s per dozen.
