WARDEN'S COURT.
(Before W. L. Simpson, Esq., Warden).
Thursday, 27th March
M' Kay (Chairman of Board of Wardens) v. Sutherland and Poison.- The defendants were charged with allowing sheep, their property, to trespass on ground set apart for great cattle, contrary to the Wardens Rules and Regulations. Case adjourned till Thursday next, to enable defendants to produce evidence.
