Hos- ■ pital. Tbe Committee found upon investigation, that the "silver tea-pot" was only a trumpery gilt earthenware concern, costing 6s 6d. It had been purchased for the. female ward,, and had never been used anywhere else. The President said he had received a letter of apologyfrom Mr. Richards, in which he-withdrew all the' statements he had made.
