Commencing at a point on the northeastern Boundary of the District near the month of Nuggety Gully ; thence up Nuggety Gaily to Dewe's farm ; thence in a straight line to the head of Waitahuna Gully ; thence down Waitahuna Gully to Waitahuca Kiver ; thence up said River to the junction of its west branch ; thence up west branch to the junction of German Creek ; thence up German Creek to tlxe junclion of Bow Bells Creek ; < .ence up Bow Bella Creek to its sourco, ah the boundary. of run No. ";. 52 ; ihence slcik; the boundaiy of run No. D 2 to near Tilg. Station X ; thenco along the road to upper Beaumont, crossing to Trig. Statioix HH ; therce along same road for about chains f urtlier ; thence dovm a qpeek rnnring south to Tuapeka Kiver, tlxe western Boundary of the District. Boundary between sheep and cattle reserves on the south-western side. Beginning at a point on the south- eastern Boundary of the Depasturing District, at Manuka Creek ; thence up Manuka Creek to its sourcs, at the dividing range or saddle, between Woolahed and Waitahuxxa. ; ! thencs along the said dividing range to tlie Clutha road] thence along said road, in tho direction of Wailahvma, to the junction of the track to Milbr's preemptive right, on Scrubby Point ; thence along said track to the head of a gully running into the Waitahuna River, about half a mile below Leslie's or Hood's agricultural leasehold ; thance down the Waitahuna River to the mouth of Poison's Creek ; thence up said Creek toPolsoxx's Hut ; thence up a branch of said Creek, running parallel with the firewood road, to its source ; thence in a straight line to the scrubby saddle on the Tuapeka Mouth I'oad ; thence down a creek running into the Tuapeka River, near the southr western angle of the Depasturing District.
