Kitchewmait.-— Kitchenman was charged with having assaulted the prosecutrix on the 22nd February Ja&fc The evidence for the prosecution having been heard, the magistrate dismissed the case, " Eblfe f. MWjl&aba..— Claim of £18 for goods sold and delivered. $0 appearance of defendant. Verdict for amount claimed, with 30a. costa. _ Lowe t. McAlphte. — Claim of £5 for injuries done to plaintiffs horse by defendant's bull. Case dismissed. - HoPKnta t. BoNOVAsr.— Claim of £10, being amount required to makegood damages done to plaintiffs buggy on racecourse, on 18th February last, hj defendant's hired servant.
