RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.

(Before W. L. Simpson, Esq., R.M.) Saturday, Nov. 21. Inspector or Nuisances t. Clark, for having allowed his horse to stray within the municipality of Lawrence. This case came on for hearing some days back, but was adjourned until to-day to enable the 'inspector to amend the information. him for the remainder in the sum of sb. per head, costs of Court, and expenses of two witnesses, 10s. each, and Is. mileage, one of whom had come 28 mjles and the other 17 miles.
