John Tuckey, inspector of nuisances, v. John Clark and others, for allowing cattle to stray within the municipality, and permitting the existence of nuisances on their premises. Some technical objections having been made as to the sufficiency of the information, the cases were adjourned for one week to enable the Inspector to amend the information.
