RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
(Before W. L. Simpson, Esq., R.M.) \ Monday, 16th Nov. Police v. Gteoege Tod. — Tod was brought up on a charge of lunacy. Drs. Stewart and Halley were in attendance. They declined to give a certificate, but recommended him to be sent to the hospital, where he would be cared for, and get proper medical treatment, meantime they would be better able to judge of his condition. Tod, having been called, was willing to go to hospital, but said he thought he was perfectly right. Sent to hospital for one week.
