WARDEN'S COURT.
(Before W". L. Siinpson,E3^., R.M.) Monday, .October 26. • Medwin v. Mills and others. — This was an actipn., for,., encroachment, brought by the plaintiff against no less than thirty-one " defendaiits, for that they, by turning their tailings, caused the bed"o£ the Gabriels Creek to rise, so as to throw the jvater and sludge upon the premisesoccupied by him as a butcher's shop. Little or no evidence was led, when the "Warden found a verdict *for tho defendants; 'with costs, and £6 expenses. The plaintiff not being satisfied with the verdict, gave notice of appeal.
