11. Country Letters.
Posted at any Post Office within the Colony for delivery at or from any other Post Oflico within the same Province :—: — Not exceeding h oz 2d. Exceeding \ oz. but not exceeding 1 oz. 4d. For every oz. or fraction of an oz. over 1 oz. ... ... 4d.
111. Interprovikcial Letters.
Posted at any Post-office within the Colony for delivery at or from any Post-office in any other Province within the Colony :—: — Not exceeding \ oz 3d. Exceeding oz. but not exceeding 1 oz. ... ... 6d. For every ounce or fraction of an ounce over one ounce 6d.
NEWSPAPERS.
On all Newspapers posted within the Colony of New Zealand for delivery within the Colony of New Zealand Id.
GEOLOGICAL SPECIMENS.
Packets of Specimens of Plants intended for the Colonial Museum will be forwarded free by post, if addressed — " Specimens of Plants, for Dr. Hector, Director of Geological Surveys and Curator of Colonial Museum, Wellington."
PRINTED TRADE CIRCULARS OR PRICES CURRENT.
If published in the Colony and posted in New Zealand for any part of the Colony, or for places beyond seas Id.
BOOK PACKETS.
Po any part of the Colony :—: — Not exceeding 4 oz 4d. Exceeding 4 oz. and not exL ceeding§.-- , ••• Bdji^. -T-Zr-> oz. and not exceeding 13 oz 16<J. And so on, increasing eightpence for every additional half pound, or fraction of half a pound
To the Continent of Europe (via Trieste). Not exceeding loz 03. 6d. Exceeding J oz. and not exceeding -J- oz. Is. od. Exceeding 1 oz. and not exceeding 2 oz. 2s. Od. And so on, increasing two shillings for every additional ounce or fraction of an ounce. To Italy, Turkey, and Syria, 'lonian £-c, sent through tJie Post Office.
