RADIO PROGRAMME.
To the Editor. Sir,-—-I sure did bite hard at ‘‘Radio Bug's” remarks, because I felt that his statements were unfair, and not to the point. His conception of what constitutes a relay was entirely wrong, and it will be noticed that in this respect he has changed his request for a re-broadcast, instead of a relay, of the test programme. His best plan is to endeavour to induce the Broadcasting Company to put on the programme at 3YA, and then all will be well. I assure him, as one of the valve set owners, l^ a t lam quite prepared to pull with him in an endeavour to maintain radi'o broadcasting at a high standard, so that it gives satisfaction to all, but the pulling must be intelligent, unbiased, and equally fair to all concerned. Anyway. 1 hope that “Radio Bug” will maintain his interest and enthusiasm, and will derive the same pleasure from it as I do. Finally, I would inform him that the gramophone and push-chair are already in my possession, so I will not have to dispose of my set to procure them, in spite of howling valves.—l am, etc., FAIR PLAY.
