[Pbb Pbbbi Association. J CHAMBER OF OOMMBBOE. WELLINGTON, Dbo. 21. The Chamber of Commeroe resolved to give ten guineas a year for commeroial prizes at the College. They also passed a resolution tbat immediate steps should be taken to gain Imperial legislation to seoure equitable terms to shippers of gooda by steam vessels to tbe Oolonies, as the Oompanies now avoid all liability by new olauses in the bills of lading. Copies of the resolution will be forwarded to the London Ohamber, Sir Julius Yogel, and others, requesting cooperation. The proposal made by the Canterbury Ohamber for an Association of Ohambers was approved of, and steps were taken to incorporate the Ohamber as a Oompany.
