SEMPLE'S BONDSMEN.
Wellington, Wednesday, i Sureties having been approved, Robert Semple was released from gaol to-day. Messrs John Payne, M.P., and Christian Imandt are sureties for £500 each in the case in which Semple is bound over to keep the peace for a period of twelve rounds. In the other case in which Semple is remanded to appear at Auckland on Friday, Charles Johnston and Anton JBrogen provide bail of L 250 each.
