AFRICAN JACK THE RIPPER.
*• WOMAN MURDERED AND MUTILATED. Johannesburg, November 2G, A young woman was to-day found murdered in a garden. The body was fiendishly mutilated, the wounds being similar to those inflicted by "Jack the Ripper." It is thought that the crime was the act of Natives at the instigation of a witch doctor.
