A MAN BREAKS HIS NECK.

4 Auckland, June 2. Anthony Harwood, aged 27, boarding in Alton Road, was found dead in his bedroom with his neck broken. The evidence given at the inquest showed that the body was found on the floor in a peculiar kneeling position. A post-mortem examination showed that all the organs were healthy, but the neck was dislocated. The face was perfectly blue, and apparently Harwood had slipped when getting up in the night, and felt with his head right under him.
