DOCTORS OPTIMISTIC. Rome, April 13. An official bulletin states that the Pope has passed a tranquil night. The fever has diminished, but the tracheal bronchial symptoms persist, especially on the left side. The kidneys are working: well, and the general condition of the patient is satisfactory. ' The physicians are convinced that His Holiness will now recover from the attack.
