A Parnell resident writes complaining of the conduct of a certain person who takes every opportunity of reviling fche management of the Hospital, and he asks how ifc was that no inquiry was held when a poor demented woman was" permitted, through lack of attention, to jump through one of the window's of that institution, fell from a height of 25 feet, and died next day.
