MORRIN and CO. (Limited). T. and S. Morrin and Co. (Limited) have been fortunate enough to secure Mr. John Chambers as a Managing Director, and Messrs. C. J. Storm and W. I. Taylor as Directors. Messrs. Morrin respectfully thank all their late Customers for their liberal support during the many years they have been in business, and hope that the new Company, having increased facilities and capital, will receive the same, only in a larger degree. T. & S. MORRIN. WITH reference to the above, T. and S. MO.RRIN CO. (LIMITED) have to announce that, in addition to purchase of the LARGE STOCK of Messrs MORRIN, they have purchased the MINING HARDWARE BUSINESS of Mr C. J. STONE, of the Thames, and the SHIP CHANDLERY BUSINESS of Messrs H. F. ANDERSON and CO., Queen-street, •Auckland, and which business will 1 be carried on as before, Mr J. H. Smith being the Manager of the Thames Business, and Mr H. F. Anderson of the Ship Chandlery. The new Company have made such arrangements for he supply of goods as will enable, them to meet the rapidly increasing trade of the North Island. The Company hope the large upport given to the old firms will be continued to T. and S. Morrin and Go. (Limited).
