THE OBSERVER ART UNION.
We mentioned last week that a gentleman who had taken a fancy to the two first prizes in the above Art Union had offered to purchase them at an advance on the price paid for them, and that the offer had been refused. He now offers to exchange with any one who may win them a lady's gold hunting watch, for the first prize, and a magnificent silver tea and coffee service for the second.
