THEATRE BUILDINGS. , In drawing public attention to the above-named place, I wish to state that the Gentlemen's DINING ROOM, which is 36 x 22, has been provided regardless of expense with/all the necessary improvements, giving plenty of room at and between the dining tables. The COFFEE AND SMOKING ROOM, ! which is 13 x 11, with settees all round, is- suitably furnished, and contains all the leading newspapers. Also, Gentlemen's ' •■ , LAVATORY, 9x7, fitted up with toilet requisites and suitably furnished. Tho CULINARY DEPARTMENT has also been supplied with every convenience and appliance, so as to serve meals at amoment's notice. The whole place is quite new, with a new system of working. Good attendance, and everything clean. The whole establishment is second to none in Auckland, and I therefore solicit a visit from you to our now and comfortable Dining Rooms.
