DRESSES AT CAMBRIDGE RACES.

— Mrs R. H. D. Fergusson, navy blue satin dress, fawn-coloured mantle and hat ; Mrs Col. Lyon, Mother Hubbnrd dress of tussore silk, and pompadour satin bonnet to match j Mrs H. Asher, very handsome •costume of wine-coloured silk, and velvet bonnet to match, gold neck band and ornaments; Mrs John Halley, black silk dress, jet dolman, white chip hat and feathers ; Mrs James Taylor, cream Gainsborough hat and feather, black silk dress ; Mrs J. S. Buckland, "black lace hat, white ostrich plumes, (very sorry I cannot refer to the lady's dress, as she unfortunately kept on her dust coat) ; Mrs Hughs, black cashmere and silk dress with very handsome jet trimmings, hat to match; Miss Martin, pale green sateen dress, bonnet to match of pale green-shaded leaves ; Mis Chitty, cream bonnet, black silk dress and mantle ; we noticed one of the " twins " looked very well in riding costume ; Mrs F. Rose, black silk dress, jet trimmings, laco bonnet, cream feather, black satin and lace sunshade ; Mrs Small, wine coloured dress of lustre, shirred skirt, cream lace hat ; Mrs Rickets ; black cashmere dress, shirred body and sleeves, black lace hat, cream feathers. There were other ladies present, whose names I was not fortunate » enough to learn, who wore nice dresses ; one especially of cream sateen, cardinal hat and sunshade. Mrs Douglas, handsome black silk, black plush hat and feather.
