OPENS TO-DAY.

The football season opens this afternoon, when three matches (CUv v. Suburbs) in the senior, first and second junior grades will be played. If, is hoped that, players will punctually attend, as in view of the important fixtures to Vk> arranged, and the proposed Southern tour, renewed interest should ba manifested in the popular winter game*.
