Tha D'ciniuicn Sikating' Rink which proved such an enjoyalble pleasure resort last year, was re-opened last night for this year's session and tJio splendid attendance of sipacfr^tors and thu crowded state of th,ei floor—but not sii> drowdled as to detract from tJie enjoyment of skating'—showed that this* popular pastinta hum not lost its popularity and that the winter session of 19il will 'be as successful as its pralecaa-aor. The floor was in splendid order and first class nmsio, supplied! by a small tend under Lieut. . Olark, efficient management (Mr J. Slprivggon isi floor nKinagter), and prompt attention on the part of the skatet-boys, there was nothing wanting to secure the enjoyment of those prcsetnt. A stock of new slkates has ijoen imported and with 'then sessions as ad.vwtisenl the D'oniinion Rink should hold its own as* a popular and health-giving ife.Jort.
