[Eeuteb's Telegbams.] (Received September 22, 0.15 p.m.) London, September 21. Lord Carrington, Governor-elect of JTew South Wales, sails for Australia on the 22ad October. London, September 21. Telegrams to band from Roumelia state that PriDce Alexander of Bulgaria has issued a manifesto to the inhabitants of Bulgaria and Roumelia, in which he accepts the crown of tho two Bulgarias, and calls upon the people to help to defend the union. Prince Alexander is now on his way to Phillipopolis, the principal town in eastern Roumelia. Rio de Janeiro, September 20. Arrived, to-day: Tho Euapehu, with with her cargo of meat in good order.
