In the Council, the Lund Bill was read a third time and passed. The following bills were also passed:—Enforcement of Judgment Bill, Costley Training Institutiorfs Bill, Waimea Plains Eailway Bating Bill, New Plymouth Exchange Comple tion Bill, Local Bodies Finance and Powers Bill, and Municipal Corporations Bill. The District Kailways Bill was further considered, and progress reported.
